Having dreamt for years about owning an Aston Martin, I took my time in finding this beautiful example, I have always wanted to have an Aston Martin in the garage and the V12S was the one I wanted. It's a beautiful car and one that my wife and I purchased to celebrate her becoming pregnant, which we are delighted about. Its a shame with the current pandemic that I have only driven it a few times, however I feel so lucky when I'm cleaning it and admiring the detail and quality of the car.
The V12S was the model that I had dreamt about for years, I had visited many Aston Martin dealerships and spent hours and hours reading and researching the cars, however it took the wonderful news of my wife becoming pregnant and her insistence to make the final purchase, I have never been as proud to own a car, the Aston Martin is simply beautiful, every angle, every detail, I have learnt so much about this car since purchasing it in March, the little details in the badges, the doors, the engine, with the dreadful pandemic I have spent hours in the garage sitting in it, polishing it, looking at the car from all angles and directions.
Aston Martin ownership has also been a pleasure, the small amount of times that I have been out in the car, I have had people stop at the traffic lights and comment on the car, I cannot wait to take our pending arrival out for a drive.
My father is an absolute car fanatic, however since buying the car I haven't been able to see him, he lives in Derby, so I cannot drive and see him, I have kept the car a secret from him and can't wait to see the smile on his face when I pull up in the car, it will make his year.
I live in Rochester in Kent and felt taking photos of the car with British Industry in the back ground was fitting, Aston Martin is truly the Best of British and it makes me extremely proud to own a piece of history.
