Like many people, I spent quite some time trying to find the right Vantage. It has always been a car that I wanted to own. I had a particular spec, so finding the exact Vantage was going to be a challenge. I joined the AMOC at the NEC in 2019, with a view to buying a car before the year ended. I looked at quite a few roadsters, finally buying this one from McGurk. Funnily enough, this wasn't the car that I had intended to purchase: I was looking at an N420. That car wasn't up to my standard, and then I saw this 2015 V8 Vantage, and wondered why I had overlooked it on their website. It was because of the lighter interior. The pictures just didn't do it justice: I really need to see it in the flesh. It seems to be quite unusual to have the lighter interior. The car was purchased in November 2019 with around 6,000 miles on the clock. It's Onyx Black with Truffle leather interior, and has all the options that I required, such as heated seats, premium audio, cruise control, to name just a few. I had quite a few European road trips planned for 2020 but, like everyone else, I haven't really been able to use the car. Let's hope that changes in the not too distant future. I can't wait to drive some of the amazing roads in France, Germany, Switzerland etc, especially with the roof down. This seems like the perfect touring car, and I hope to use it more later this year.
