After visiting local dealers and looking online in late 2019, I found this beauty on eBay, of all places. I contacted the group in FL handling the sale. I sent a local friend to take pictures of every inch, and loved it even more. It was shipped to me, and arrived, hours late, in the local area but not at my house! There I was, at 1 a.m., taking possession of my first Aston Martin. Not an auspicious beginning. The beginning got worse the next morning, when it wouldn't start! One new battery later, and all is fabulous with the car. I get stopped all the time by admirers and photographers.
This is the Launch Edition (note the gold pieces on the motor --the "under-bonnet jewellery pack"). According to AM Client Services, there were approximately 2,300 DB11 Launch Editions produced, of which 20% (460) were exported to the US/Canadian market. Of those, 5% (23 cars) are in this Frosted Glass Blue colour. The interior is Aurora Blue/Ivory leather with red contrast stitching. The engine is 600hp, 5.2L Twin Turbo V12.
